Orange & Houndstooth

I love wearing black and white, and houndstooth has both. 

I've worn this print (here, here, here, here & here). LOL I've actually worn this skirt quite a bit. 

What my previous posts demonstrate, is that one can wear black and white with essentially any bright color or any color that pops.

Pretty little daisy

I just love this top. It's so girly and lady-like. This is the right way to wear floral print. Some of these prints can age someone and look very old. This one could be worn by a younger and an older woman.

As much as I'd like to consider myself a tomboy, that's my teenage persona. I used to say I hated pink- yuck, so girly. The colour looks darn good on me, if I may so so myself ^_^. Nowadays I embrace my femininity and have embraced being a woman.

Peachy keen

Statement necklaces are a great way to add some pizazz to an outfit- they make a statement. 

I love this sweater, it's so warm and perfect for my office, as it's so cold sometimes.

New York Taxi ;)

I love houndstooth as it's black and white. I also don't like to do the normal, that is, matching black and white with red. I chose this yellow jacket to go with my skirt. I look like a New York checkered taxi. LOL.

Grey ladylike ruffles

I seem to have a lot of grey items in my wardrobe. I didn't even notice. It's in taking pictures for the blog and doing the posts that I realize I wear full grey a lot. LOL.

Ruffles are so ladylike. Even though I have a larger chest, I still wear some ruffles. I also love this skirt as it has the split in the front.
